By using any tool, workflow, or service provided by Assia AI, you agree to these terms. These tools are intended for internal business use only and are not available to the general public. - USE OF SERVICES
Our automation systems, including TikTok content publishing integrations, are exclusively operated by authorized personnel of Assia AI. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All workflows, AI agents, automation scripts, and content generated through Assia AI systems are the exclusive property of Djib Consultant TI inc. - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our tools may interact with third-party platforms such as TikTok, n8n, and others. Use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Assia AI shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its internal automation tools. - GOVERNING LAW
